Catching crayfish

Fishing for crayfish is a big tradition in Sweden. The season starts in early August. On the first "legal" night, lakes are studded with flashlights from fishermen examining their pots. In the Swedish tradition, crayfish are boiled in salt water with lots of dill, and eating is accompanied by generous servings of Swedish vodka. Partyhats and silly songs are optional..
